Anxiety – A devastating and socially isolating black hole of unworthiness.


The re-occurring feeling of not being good enough, feeling lucky to be with your partner because you are not good enough for them, feeling not good enough to do your job or follow the career you want, wanting to share all the knowledge you have gathered and feel strongly about but not having the confidence in case someone questions or attacks your beliefs and not feeling intelligent enough or people to listen or respect what you have to say. Avoiding people, even those you like, because you do not feel you have anything worthy of adding to the relationship or your negative attitude is repetitive and you do not want to bring that person down. Avoiding the potential threat of confrontation, feeling of being not believed or misunderstood because you are always smiling and say you are fine, devoid of desire.

But do you give up?
